Simon & Jo,
We just wanted you guys to know how
much we are enjoying the pool and spa. The girls have improved
their swimming so much more by being in the pool instead of
the lake. The spa was a big hit this past winter.
When
we first met at our home, putting in a pool was the last thing
on my mind. LouAnn had set up the meeting, just to get an idea
of the cost of installing a concrete pool. However, after our
meeting I was impressed with the knowledge, both of you had,
concerning pools and the designing for a specific yard layout.
Still, I was a little skeptical that you could do what you
said you could do. But once we decided to go forward, your
interest in making sure everything was done correctly was
impressive!
In today’s business environment it’s
refreshing to meet and do business with someone like
yourselves, who will do exactly what you say. So many times
companies sell products to people and the customer
relationship ends the moment you write the check. Everything
involved with this project was done very professional from the
signing of the contract, to pulling permits, to working with
your sub-contractors. The finished product has made a great
addition to our home not to mention the increase in value to
our property.
Again, thanks for a great job and if I
have the opportunity to recommend a pool company, I will not
hesitate to recommend Pools By Design.
